My girlfriend accidentally broke the box for a pair of earrings I got her a year ago and I called the Robinson store today and asked if it was possible to receive a new box. They happily said I could stop in to get a new one and when I came in, the girl who I talked to on the phone remembered my name and was as pretty as the diamonds she sells and gave me a box she had on hold for when I would come in. It was only a 2 minute interaction at the store but it made my day a heck of a lot better, thank you :)
