The "manager" will enter your apartment anytime he feels like it without notice or permission. I came home dozens of times to find that he had been in my apartment without notice. Lights would be shut off, heat turned down, UNDERWEAR DRAWERS left open. The decor is terrible and the condition of the building is in bad shape. The ceiling leaked on my new mac laptop and the "manager" claimed that I should know better than to leave expense things in the apartment.
