Having begun with just a few Italian immigrant craftsmen more than a half century ago, Fantin Flooring is no a $2-million-a-year going concern employing 20 people from all types of backgrounds. Today, we look a lot like Pittsburgh: a kaleidoscope of ethnicities working toward a common goal.
