I'm a relatively new customer and can state that CB Oil are some of the best people to deal with I've ever encountered....polite.....professional....and a just a pleasure......and the best value in the oil business. Very responsive and certainly meeting their commitments for deliveries and returning calls. They may be a little off when it comes to predicting when they will arrive...however...they will get to you based on your need. CB Oil are the kind of people I WANT to do business with.

Are all these postings from the same person? The writing style and wording are all the same- If I was to guess Melissa's friends or family wrote these or perhaps Melissa herself? Hysterical.

I have to agree with all these postings. Melissa is extremely helpful. Most companies are quick to get you in and off the phone and are rude. Central Bucks Oil cares about you as an individual. Everytime I order my oil with Melissa, it's like talking to a good friend! You can tell that she cares about her customers. Dedicated Customer to Central Bucks since 2010.

I was impressed from the minute Melissa answered the phone. Central Bucks Oil came highly recommended and I can see why. Reasonable prices, great customer service and quick delivery.

Unfortunately sometimes I loose track of how much oil I have in my tank and I go into panic mode. Today April 1st is one of those days. I called Melissa and left a message. I no longer have to worry. If not today which is Sunday late pm., first thing tomorrow I know Melissa will be in touch with me about delivery. She offers the kind of old fashioned service I remember from years ago. CB Oil is a true joy to work with. They are always putting the customer first and will always work with me to find the options that work with my budget. Their oil prices are consistently the lowest around and they are quick to help with any questions I might have. Not only is it a pleasure to speak with Melissa over the phone (she has become someone I look very much forward to speaking with and is genuinely interested in me, my family and my life) but her husband Gary is a wonderful person and I enjoy our small chitchat when he makes our deliveries. Aside from the oil, they always have wonderful maintenance men to suggest and I trust their judgment. If you are looking for a true, family environment than look no further! Central Bucks OIl is a rare find - low prices and personalized, old-fashioned customer service. My 82-year-old mother asked me to do some comparison price shopping for her. Mom gave me a list of eight local home-heating oil companies. Central Bucks OIl offered the lowest price. But what impressed me most was the customer service. Melissa was so friendly and accommodating. It was obvious she wanted to provide the best price for my mother. I highly recommend.

I was a customer of a larger oil company. With todays economy, I decided to shop around this year. After speaking with a VERY pleasant and respectful young lady, she answered all my questions and was such a joy to talk too! I have found my new oil company and am happy to save money!

Cheapest price that I could find in the Bucks County area. Melissa was very accommodating, she is great to work with and was very pleasant. If you are like me and wait till the last minute, she trys to help get you on todays schedule. Next time, I will give her more time. It was nice to deal with a company that cares! It is a family run business and local. Glad to give them my business. Great service would highly reccommend them.
