Provided by YP.comI bought a gmc truck from chaparral used cars. In less than 65 miles from purchase, lights wouldn’t work because of electrical short and ignition started messing up. Within 200 miles, over heating, blown head gasket, and other issues....was towed twice within 200 miles of purchase and dealer would do nothing to help and wouldn’t even return my calls. Never purchase from dealer who will not stand behind their products.

Provided by YP.comI believe that this company runs things like a business should. You treat them with respect and they will help you in any way they can. Treat them like you're king cuz you're the one paying, or don't do you're research or read the fine prrint(every company has fine prrint)or don't make your payments on time and you probably won't have a good experience. This company is professional and I recommend them all the time.

Provided by YPmobileI had just bought a car from this dealership and usually at a new car dealership if not satisfied they will give you a choice of another car. I hadn't had this car two weeks. Was just going to ask to trade it and I had never been treated ao rudely before! Its not about the customer at all or even making the customer happy! This place has NO SENSE OF BUSINESS ASSOICIATING AT ALL! I WOULD NOT AND MEAN HIGHLY RECOMMEND NO ONE TO GO BUY A CAR HERE AT ALL! THEY HAVE NO REAPECT AND NO CARE FOR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AT ALL! ABSOULTELY UNCALLED FOR SWRVICE

Provided by YP.comI had bought a car and paid it off and then called and spoke to a man and woman and asked them about a credit reference and I was advised that I would need to speak with Monica about this. When I was finally able to speak to her to get this letter faxed, she stated that it would be done and I believed her which was my second mistake (the first one being doing business with a company like this). Monica never faxed the letter and then I was never able to get ahold of them after that (probably cause they have caller id and didn't know how to lie right)......no wait...they can all do that because when buying the car I was told that if I ever needed a credit reference then they would not have a problem doing so. Myself being in the customer service business, this is the best way to ruin a business........PROVIDE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, A PERSON WILL ONLY TELL A COUPLE FRIENDS, PROVIDE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE (LIKE THEY DO) AND THEY WILL TELL EVERYONE THEY KNOW. And same as the other 2 reviews, they are only getting a 1 star review because it made me choose at least 1.

Provided by YP.comWe bought what seemed like a nice car from these people the man told us they had put an oil pan gasket on it but other than that there was no issues with the car . First the windshield was cracked and they said " safe lite can put one in in no time". It took them a month to make an appointment. Every time I called to check on it they were making the call. Then 2 weeks after we bought the car i checked the oil it was 2 qt's low, I thought well it just had a fresh oil change maybe they didn't fill it enough, I put 2 qt's in, I check it 2 weeks later its low again so I called them ...come to find out they never put an oil pan gasket on it and their 90 day 4500 mile warranty is CRAP!!! When I called them the woman was very rude! I will NEVER do business with these people again!! This car lot is not trust worthy. I will take my business....my MONEY else where next time!! I only gave them 1 star because it wouldn't let me not give one!

Provided by YP.comWent to look at a car on the lot but the young man and woman working there showed no absolute interest in us as a potential customer. They would not bargain on the car and played the "you won't find one anywhere else" game. If they ever want to sell a car they need to learn to be considerate of others and show interest in them! I would give zero stars if I could!
