These people are thief!! All they care about is ripping people off if I could rate it a 0 or a negative number I would. I came to this location 5 minutes after calling them and having had informed the lady in the front desk that all I needed was my oil FILTER changed because I was unable to do so, and that I even had my own filter to put on. She then informed me that it was company policy that they were unable to use my filter and that they would have to use their own I agreed being that I had no other choice. So once I arrived at the location being that it was 30 minutes before closing the lady rushes out takes my keys gives it to the bay employees and they start working on it, my understanding was that they were aware that all I needed was the filter replaced. About 20 minutes later the guy comes in and says oh we're sorry we can't take the canister off you're gonna have to take it to where you had it done before. So um okay you were unable to change the filter then why in the world did you drain out brand new synthetic oil that was in the engine after I specifically told the receptionist that all I needed was the filter replaced but she couldn't use mine due to company policy. Then she comes with oh your total is $71.13 for absolutely nothing all they did was drain out a car which had brand new oil in it and for a tire rotation which was supposed to already be included in the packaged. Are you kidding me? This location robbed me for doing absolutely nothing, they robbed me for their mistake, for that incompetent receptionist inability to listen to when I clearly told her all I needed was a new oil filter. THEFT!

I needed tires for my car. So I went to this Tire Kingdom location in Pineville on Saturday. While I was there I needed an inspection so I had them do it. Low and behold they failed my car because they said I needed front brakes, a tag light was out, and my tint was too dark. I know my tint was borderline anyway. Then they wanted to charge me an outrageous price to put brakes on. So I took my car back from them. Over the weekend and Monday I got the stuff fixed. So I went back to them on Tuesday for another inspection without paying for it since they failed my car and I had already paid. Low and behold again...they said their inspection guy was off for the week! Needless to say I had to go pay another inspection fee somewhere else. They will not get any of my business again!!!!!
