Provided by YP.comCustomer service by "Nick" in the print/copy area, was outstanding. Although I was stressed about my project and having problems with emailing files to be printed, Nick was calm and cool and EXTREMELY helpful. An excellent trouble shooter and multi-tasker, he never made me feel neglected or dismissed, but rather I felt prioritized. AND HE IS NICE. AND subtly funny. I so appreciated his attitude!
