The title to this should have probably been "lack of customer service". I talked to worker on the phone for a quote on a rifle. The worker would not provide any information other than the listed MSRP, which can be gotten on the internet. When I advised worker his quote was $300 more than what I had been quoted before, he suggested I purchase the gun at another place. This is not the type of customer service someone would expect anywhere much less in a small town. Its tough to "keep the money on the mountain" when you have to deal with customer service such as this.
