They are very quick in getting you an appointment. Also the doctors are amazing they know my kids well and talk to them also. I would recommend this place to others for sure.

The customer service is extremely poor. It feels as if they're not making money of you, than your requests are of little to no signficance. If assistance is required that doesn't include scheduling an appointment, your requests will be ignored unless you repeatedly call and follow up with them every day. If you have a question about a prescription or need help with medical records, you can not just call the office directly to speak to a live person. All the individual numbers they have listed for the different locations send you to the same customer service center. If you are not calling to make an appointment, than you will be sent to that office's voicemail where they tell you that they will call you back in 24 hours. They do NOT call back in 24 hours. Sometimes I would have 3 and 4 times a day and beg the customer service person to make sure that I make contact with a human being because my request would be so easy to handle.

I wouldn;t take my children ANYWHERE else. Dr. Cibran is the BEST! I have had my share of Dr.s I'd rather NOT use that have come thru this office but that with any business. I have waited before, kids get sick and emergencies come up. I have also been taken right back if they needed it. If there is ever a problem speaking with the Dr about it helps. These Dr.s are people to and cannot control everything but they sure do their best!!!!

Find a better pediatrician than this. I waited for over an hour with a sick toddler, and I even had an appointment. When the Dr was kind enough to show up, she gave me three minutes of her time and didn't answer my questions. A week and a half later my toddler is still sick! I don't feel I should have to pay for another visit. Do your research and find a doctor that actually cares about your child.
