I purchased a couch, a rocker recliner, and 4 tables on Monday with the schedule delivery date friday between twelve and four pm. After taking the afternoon off work finally at four thirty I called to find out where my delivery was and was informed they came and I was not there. A total and complete lie. I made eight phone calls between the store and "customer service" line. I was informed both the store manager as well as the district manager were both off and un- available. Each representative that I spoke to was rude, arrogant and one even laughed! None of them were even remotely helpful. Just said I would have to get back on the delivery list it " might" be another week before I could get my delivery. And they told me I was not able to cancel my order until mid week to get my money back!!
After pulling my surveillance video the representative for the delivery arrived 1 hour Before my scheduled delivery time. I was at work. This is RTG error not mine.
