Lost cold air last Friday morning. Called the company that provided the system initially, and, they were able to get me in late on the same day. Scooter appeared, replaced the bad part very quickly, assessed the system by its' age, and, left me with a quote to consider when my extended warranty ends late next year. Based upon my initial experience with this company, at the time of purchase, I would have given it no, as in 0, stars, but, after listening to Scooter, apparently the new ownership has flushed out the bad, and, is now very customer oriented with its' new crew. He left me with a system quote for down the road, and, I will be interested in comparing it with others, when the time comes. Among other things, they now send out a project manager for a final walk-through after installation to address anything that may have been overlooked, or, missed. Nice touch. As for the tech himself, Scooter provides a very good face for a company that is, I hope, turning itself around.
