1 starI see I'm not the only one scammed by this company. Poor communication to begin with. Once they FINALLY did show up, it took longer than promised. That, in itself would not be worthy of a bad review. But, the job they did was not quality. The pool was to be installed along my existing deck. It was installed at an angle, close on one end, but a gap on the other. They left a huge mountain of dirt in my back yard for me to deal with. They did not finish the job and backfill the dirt around the pool. And, I paid $600 more to have them make a surface for a hot tub to be placed. They put a stack of pavers in each corner with nothing to support the tub along the sides or in the middle. If I would have filled the tub with water, it would have cracked. I ended up having to pay another company to grade the mountain of dirt around my pool and around the yard, and fix the botched hot tub platform.

I would highly recommend you find someone else to install your pool. This company has negative reviews here, and on the better business bureau site. Don't be like me. Do your research before you hire this company. Find someone else. You'll be glad you did.
