Provided by YP.comamazing service - you pay for it, but they do stuff right usually. They always came thru on warranty fixes as well.. headlights are fogging in a 2015 cadillac ATS so hoping they will come thru with a fix on 4/20 appt.. always have in the past though. Al Harter is my service guy and hes a good dude

I set an appointment to meet with a rob at 6pm test drive an escalade, I drive 40min to get there and they tell me he is busy and the car is sold after I just received a call 20min prior to confirm I was on the way. Instead of telling me that they let me drive all the way there to sell me a different car, sales tactics get old and boring it's mind boggling. The first and last time I deal with them. Just sad they lose a sale and I've been with Cadillac for years

Provided by YP.comWorst customer service I've dealt with in my life. As soon as you buy you become a forgotten entity. They sold us a LEMON and won't take responsibility for the mess that they call a car. Do yourself a favor and go to a reputable dealer. #verydisappointing
