After reading the negative review Beth gave I had to write this. 1st of she is my neighbor and is always coked out of her mind so I'm sure it was her fault. I hired the same company to do my shower doors. I had gotten the number when their company van was parked at my neighbors. The doors turned out beautifully and it was also affordable. Will be back again for glass needs.

called and ordered a 48" round table top glass for a new table that I bought. Called them on a tuesday and I explained to them that I needed the glass before the weekend, I was told it would be ready on that Thursday after 12PM. Well I went and picked up the galss and I had to pay a neighbor to bring it into my home since it was very heavy. Well the table top galls was to big....I measured it and it was actually 48" and 1/8", I right way called central glass, was told that they would need to talk to the owner, this is even before they could come up with a solution, then I was told that the person who cut the glass that gone home for the day, but they would call me as soon as the opened up at 8AM on Friday. Well, Friday, I never received a call so at 10AM I called them and was tol that they were really busy and that is why I did not here from them, was told some one would call me back, at 1:30PM I am called back and I am told that maybe I did not measure the table correctly, did you use a cloth tape measure tape, trying to imply that the error was mine, very condesending, well after to much dialogue they were to come and pick up the table top and give me a refund, since I do not like to give my money to people that have no customer service skills. Still frusterated that they were implying that it was my error, there employee came to my home to pick up the glass, and he stated to me that the owner of the company instructed him to measure the galss top in front of me. Here again, no customer service, still string to put the blame on me, well the measurement was in fact 48" and 1/8". They took it way. What happened to the customer is right? I understand that everyone makes mistakes, but this was handled wrong on so many levels. I did not even get a phone call, nor an I am sorry!!! City Glass and Mirror on 49th St, was more than happy to assist me, they were so professional and even cheaper....
