Anytime I have a plumbing need, Roger Ellis and his crew are there. I can text or call and receive a prompt response. He is professional and very timely. I have been pleased with services for years. I will add that we had a bathroom problem during the holidays and Roger Ellis came out within a couple of hours so that me and family would not be inconvenienced.

My daughter called me with a plumbing problem. I called the owner of Ellis Plumbing and he came out and handle the problem in a short period of time. What she didn't know, I have used Ellis plumbing for the last five years and the company has always done a great job. If you are looking for a professional, dependable plumbing company try Ellis plumbing and you will look no further. I am Ivan Whitfield, retired Chief of Police and I approve this message.

Hot water tank went out late afternoon. Called Ellis Plumbing and Roger Ellis came out about 9:00pm and replaced the tank. Thought I was going to be without hot water until the next day. I would highly recommend him if you need plumbing repair work.

Roger Ellis came out after hours and fixed a problem that 4 other plumbers could not fix.I recommend him to anyone that wants the job done right

We hired this company to fix a plumbing issue for our elderly neighbors. Said they would be out that day anywhere from 4-5pm.... 9:30pm they finally show, great okay... well they didn't have what they needed so tech said he would be out today anywhere from 10-11am.... called at 12:30pm and he said he was running late had to run to Lowes for the items he needs for the job. Alright expected him to be here no later than 1:30pm... I have called multiple times to find out where he is, and no answer at all! So now I am on the hunt for another plumber or I will go to lowes myself and buy the damn parts and fix it myself! Good thing they weren't paid yet!

My water heater went out on Christmas Day 2017. The owner Mr. Ellis came out himself. Replaced it and charged me half price & told me Merry Christmas. He explained what may have caused it to go out. He cleaned up after he was done. I am very happy with completed work. He called after the New Year just to follow up. I would definitely refer Ellis Plumbing to anyone.

At first we thought they were going to be exceptional, great communications to the office. However; after they "fixed" the problem we attempted to contact them MULTIPLE 10++++ times to come back out and fix screw ups on their part. If you can get them to actually show up make sure you watch their work as the plumber they sent out half-assed the work and we were left having to hire another plumber. Also Wanted them to do a complete install with the initial work- as of today the shower stall is still sitting in the wrapping after attempting to contact them to at least finish their work... HORRIBLE Company surprised they stay in business.. Hire another plumber avoid these guys at all cost
