Six cancelled appointments. On the seventh appointment they showed up late. Then the crew leader decided it was too much work for what he was to be paid and left without installing the siding on the carport. Numerous phone calls and letters to A Plus Carports, also doing business as Quality Commercial Structures, have gone unanswered. I cannot get what I order and they have made no effort to refund my deposit.

This company required hundreds of money down before they would even set up an appointment to come out and put the carport up. We paid what they required. It was weeks before anyone called to set up the appointment. The day before they were to come, a lady called and cancelled the appointment saying they didn't have enough carports to put in our area to make it "worth their trip" so they were going to have to reschedule. Ok, the day before they were to come the a lady called and told us they were going to have to reschedule AGAIN because the crew had already came to our area and put the other carport they had scheduled with ours, so now it wouldn't be "WORTH THEIR TIME". Ughh, you just said they came to our area and put ONE up. Why couldn't they do that again? Nope, got to reschedule a third appointment. They were supposed to be here at lunch today 5/21/18. Guess what...a lady calls and CANCELLS A THIRD TIME!!!! They are 24 hours behind. My husband had already taken off work to meet them. They wanted to reschedule for tomorrow. There is a 90% chance of rain tomorrow. We asked if it could be done Friday, when there's very little chance of rain and my husband is off work. You would think a company who has inconvenienced their client so much would do what ever it takes to make things right. Nope, not this company. They are always to blurt out insincere apologies, but never offer to make things right. If this company does not have our carport put up THIS WEEK, rain or shine, we will demand our money back and buy from a more reputable company. This is beyond ridiculous!

Had large building installed. Front corner was bulging. Asked Juan (who was in charge) to please fix it. He stated he would and proceeded to just add an additional screw. This make it look even worse. Ripples and bulges right in front! Called company (Amber) 4 times before receiving an unacceptable reply. We were told that this was between us and the installer (Juan) who claimed that this was what WE requested! She told us that we should deal with the installer. WHO is this installer? We hired A Plus Carports to erect this building - THEY are the ones that hired/sent Juan to do this job. We never told him HOW to fix it - he took that upon himself. His "quick fix" is unsightly and the company does not plan to do anything about it! In addition, with the recent rain, there are puddles on the floor. This is a disgrace. If we were able to give them zero stars, we would have done so. This company was contracted by Pine View Buildings (from whom we ordered the building). We contacted them to no avail as well. The workmanship is shoddy, the attitude of the crew was terrible (we bought them all lunch and they didn't even have the decency to say, "Thank You") and I guess the so called "warranty" is non-existent. I would NEVER recommend that anyone deal with this company.

Bought a 12 by 45 by 20 certified carport. They sent three and a half Mexicans to install it. Was supposed to take 8 hours. They showed up late. Right off Jump Street they screwed up. Half of the floor frame was certified the other half was not certified. I made them change that. They installed the anchor points and inch and a half from the edge. Busted the sides out of my brand new slab. Took them 3 days and they showed up late everyday with a new excuse. Told them not to work past 9 o'clock. Went to bed. At 10:30 they were knocking on my door wanting to get paid. Told them to get lost I wasn't paying until I looked at it in the daylight. They screwed up the trim. Had to make them come back to fix it. being mad about not getting paid they called the building inspector on me. Got that straightened out they finally came back and fix the trim. I learn not to pay anyone that will not accept a credit card. they didn't anchor it properly. Tried to get them back. it's been 6 weeks.

After only 8 months , rust is bleeding through the paint on the sides of my building in 50 or more places!! When I called it took about 6 weeks for a response where a plus told me the warranty only covers rust holes!! Hardly a matter of warranty rather integrity in which they have NONE

Ordered 2 carports, very low quality workmanship, one roof out of square by 4 in,the other 3 in, didn't bring enough trim to finish job. Braces were suppose to be on every leg,they were only installed on end legs. Sheetmetal on roof dented from walking on it to install screws, also have screws comming threw roof where they missed supports. Have been waiting 4 weeks now saying I am on repair list. Haven't heard from them since.

This is the absolute worst customer service ever. We bought the carport from a local dealer with no problems. The guy from a plus carports called to schedule a delivery within a week which was great. My husband took off work so he could be here. They called to reachedule 3 times!!!! When they finally delivered the carport hy husband was unable to take off work anymore. No final invoice or anything was left. I tried to call but no one answered. About 2 or 3 months later my husband got a call that thefinal amout was due within 3 hours for they were scheduling a reposession. Now i have no problem paying for the carport at all. I was supposed to pay them upon delivery bust since they resheduled so many times and no one was here now i have to hurry and stop what im doing with my kids to keep trying to call and get in touch with someone to avoid a repo!! Bad company!!!
