Took my girlfriend's vehicle there for new tires. Cost was over 700. Nice tires and seem to be of good quality. When I asked about the warranty things began to change. It was a constant "the manufacture is responsible" type deal. But she wanted the tires so I had the tires installed. I could not find anyone to tell me who was responsible for the warranty and I still don't have an answer. But City Tire is responsible for the rotation and balance. Approximately 4 months later the tires needed balancing. I returned the vehicle and the owner made several excuses about the tires needing balanced. Not believing me, he had one of his employees take the vehicle for a test run just to make sure that I wasn't lying about the tires. After appox 2 hours the owner started complaining about it being a long period since the tires had been purchased. The length of time was appox 4 months. But finally after a few rude comments from the owner, the tires were balanced. The vehicle drives smooth and only the tires needed balancing. All of those problems, delays and rude remarks from the owner for a simple tire balancing. This only happened a few days ago and the owner still remembers the incident I am sure. Never again will my friend or myself purchase a tire from JC. And JC is the owner of City Tire. Today is Dec 6, 2015. The incident took place approximately 10 days ago.

Worse place to go to get anything fixed I've dropped $750 there and my car sounds and run exactly the same would not recommend anybody to ever go down there. This is the guy covered in tattooed that's saying this and I didn't want to even give it one star but I don't have a choice!

Eh...friendly, but not very helpful.

I've taken my car here a couple of times. The folks who work there are friendly, but except for fixing the brakes, they couldn't really tell me what was wrong with my car. I had to take it to the dealership.

Missing CENTERCAP AND VALVE CAP

On 9/5/08.I took our envoy in for them to look at a tire . When I got our envoy back , the centercap and valve cap were missing. When my husband got home from work he noticed it . I went right then and called City tire. The lady that answered the phone was very rude to me when she found out what i called for .She said all the men had gone home for the evevnig , for me to call back at [7:50 in the morning] which was sat.morning9/6/08.I called on 9/6/08at 7:50 the phone kept ringing. I called several times till finally 8:20.The phone was answered, I told Jeff what my problem was and he said...[THEY DID NOT REMOVE THE WHEEL AT ALL THEY JUST PUT IT ON THE RACK AND CHECKED IT WITH AIR]. But the Center Cap and Valve cap WAS on there when it was taken in to City tire . This was at the Pikeville City Tire. Please lets resolve this problem .... Thank you Dwight and Shelia Willams
