Beside for the items being WAY overpriced, and I mean way overpriced (search online for the items and you will be amazed), the owner is the rudest, grouchiest retailer I have ever met. How ironic that on their site it says "friendly since 1989". I pity their "friends" since 1989. Its time for retailers to appreciate their customers. This one doesn't.
