I use to work for Gift Mart as their customer service rep. Maybe you were just having a bad day because the customers I talked to on a daily bases was 100 percent satisfied. It was a pleasure working for the Carltons in their family based and family friendly company.

Hang up the phone when they say Gift Mart. Avoid pushy sales people, and worthless products. If you are not satisfied, which you won't be, they will not refund your money.
