Called Jim my rental cabin door lock failed on guests late Friday night he returned my call that night and next morning on site. Cheapest rate around with what I would consider the best service around. Locked keys in the trunk and he responded very quickly. Took two minutes and we were on our way!

Today during this awful ice storm we needed a locksmith we were locked out of our car. He came right away even with a inch of ice. He even said this would probably be his last call the roads were so bad.

Wonderful! We have called them twice needing a locksmith out the next day and both times they have found a way to accommodate us!

We were stranded with what I thought was a bad ignition switch on our truck and I called 3 other lock smiths that never returned my call. I called Jim's Lock and Key and he came equipted with a new switch but after removing the steering wheel he found out our switch was fine. He continued to take apart the steering column and found the problem with a small wire spring that controlled the sterring wheel lock and fixed the problem even though it wasn't something a lock smith would normally do and we were on our way. Very reasonable rates too!!!
