Arbys in Pierre, SD is a joke....

Arbys in Pierre, SD is a joke. There have been multiple times where I have had to return because my order has been completely messed up. Today I sent a friend to get me the italian sub meal. When she got back, I seen it was a turkey club meal. I went down there myself, 6 months pregnant, & told them I was sick of them screwing up my orders all the time. The employee went and got the manager and he asked me if I wanted my money back or wanted the food, and I told him I would like my food. He said "Italian Sub right?" I replied "Yep". I got my food and left and went back home. When I got back home and took my food out to eat it, I noticed that once AGAIN, they had given me a turkey club meal. At this point I am too irate to go back down there, so I sent friends. This has happened multiple times and I have had to go back in multiple times. I do not see how hard it is to read a screen and make sure ones meal is accurate. Arbys has managed to successfully lose a long time customer, as well as many people I know.
