    Well I'd like to tell you how well this company swept my chimney, but I wouldn't know since they never showed up. I took time off of work to fit in with their schedule and finally called them with no one coming to my house, only to find out that my appt was never saved. They are obviously too busy for my business, in addition all they could say was they could come for a different appointment in three weeks. Really? Not the kind of customer service I would recommend!

    Completely forgotten about?

    I made an appointment over two weeks ago and left work early since they could only have appt's until 3. After waiting around I called, only to find out that they never saved my appointment. I will not be using this company and obviously they are too busy to keep their calendar straight. I will happily use the smaller man's business now!
