The worse mail delivery ever. I get about 1/2 of the packages that I order. I'm always getting someone else's packages and I'm obviously not the only one. At are mailbox station there are always random packages setting out because they were delivered to the wrong person. I order something rush, pay more for that and then get a note saying package was delivered. But where? And earlier this year the mailman would fill the boxes while being barefoot. I'm fed up

I have been getting other peoples mail, and vice versa. At Christmas time I had order a computer and it was shipped back cause it was not delivered stating that they couldn't deliver it. They finally sent it back to phoenix, and told me it was on the truck. No package. I caught up with the postman and he insisted he didn't have it. I looked in his truck and there it was. If I hadn't looked' the same thing would have happened! This is happening too often. A woman came to my door with a package addressed to me. She had received it. I got a letter addressed to the woman across the street from me. I think this man needs to retire!

If I could give this no stars I would. My family has lived in the same house going on the third year but magically we stopped getting our mail. In fact the mailman even took out our names out of the inside of our mailbox. All of our bills were returned to sender, including a jury summons. We were waiting on an important check that was sent out on the 1st of November which has now been returned as well and now we wont be able to afford to buy our kids anything for Christmas this year because since the check was returned they are holding it until January. I have been trying to call this post office since last Weds and no one answers the phone. I called the 800 number and got a national call center but they cant do anything until Friday because the crappy, non phone answering, office has 72 hours to respond to the email the national center sent them. Its pretty bad when the national center cant even call their own office because they don't have a number in their database.

Shopping adds, are not being delivered on Wed. or Thursday... they are in the back of the Mail truck. Mail Lady is to Lazy to sort her Mail in the AM. Last week, NO ADDS ! She can't do her Job in 8 hrs. ??? So adds will Be delivered on Friday! This is not RIGHT ! Lazy Lady Post office needs better Help. Friday , the week is all most over !

They are the worst, lose letters tear letters open say letter is deliver and I don't have it,

I never received the jury summons in the mail from the Court systems. I am very disappointed by the postal service, which has created problems with me and the Courts.

Dont get to this post office early...says it opens at 9:00am...window didn't open until 9:06 with a line out the door...but it is the government...right?

I live on Renee Dr in Phoenix Az , we have had a carrier change and now have the worst service I have ever seen. We went from mail coming at 1-2 pm to now getting mail delivered at 6pm if at all. No wonder the US Post Office is going out of business...Help !!!
