Terrible! Their 'hands off' approach to management is equivalent to NOT managing it. They will make the smallest repairs a total hassle. The acting broker is currently being sued by other properties he manages.

Great company! Rossetti management is a wonderful bunch of folks to work with. They exceeded my expectations. I would rent from them again .

these people do not conform to AZ landlord tenant laws when it comes to repairs and replacement of many items, the carpet is tore up the back patio is tore up the electrical and other items in the back yard are not functional they have had over the legal limit of tiime to do anythng and have done nothing but come out and look. In the meantime the deck is unsafe on the second floor, the carpet nails are sticking out in several places and the back patio paving stones are so messed up it is a hazard to walk out there at night. We pay well over 1000 per month and have been here many years with no late or overdue payments and no damages other than less than normal wear and tear-----I say they are terrible.

After dealing with an inept management company we hired Rossetti to get us back on track. They had ran the community at a place I used to live in North Phoenix. bottom line is they get things done and do what they say. Maintaining and increasing the property values is what it is all about. I would highly recommend Rossetti Management.

I have have rented homes for most of the past 10 or so years here in AZ And CA. Have experienced horrible landlords/property managers my fair share of times. Rossetti was a true exception in what is probably a tough business. Had a good selection of properties and were very accommodating in meeting my needs. I must give a shout out to the maintenance crews that do their work. Always prompt, efficient, and friendly. if you are looking for a house, condo, etc I would say they are people who can and will help/work with you.
