I had my sunroof glass replaced here. They had poor customer service in almost every way. I wasn't told a price upfront. I was not greeted; I had to walk up to an employee. I was told she couldn't finish the job because she didn't have time. They left glass rattling around in the roof. I was told I could not open the sunroof until the glass was removed from my room. I was also told I take my car through a carwash. However when I did, both water and air from the dryer blew in from the sunroof! When I called to complain, he was absolutely zero help. I am highly disappointed and upset.
