Reserve a Limo for prom but plans changed and reservation was cancelled 48 hours ahead of time. Limo still showed up. Driver was explained the situation and Limo was not used. Called the owner who was rude and still charged us $455 which the credit card refused to cancel. Will never use again.

I just wanted to write you and tell you how happy we were with your services. You were friendly and professional from the very beginning and provided us with a beautiful limo and great driver. Your company exceeded our expectations, what a pleasure it was doing business with you. We look forward to working with you again.
