I needed a locksmith after my home was burglarized since one of the items taken was a key to all my security doors and gates. Eagle sent out a wonderful young man a few hours later. Kenny was professional, courteous and patient as I related my tale of woe. I also got some good advice about other ways to make my home more secure. I'm very satisfied with the work done and would recommend Eagle to anyone.

Six Stars for these Guys!!! I called at 4:30pm for a re-key and within 2 hours they were out, efficient, clean and did an awesome job! All my knobs turn the right direction, they greased my holes so the keys slide in and out with ease, and most importantly...They keep my EX out! They even went as far as to shine my knobs! Now that's great service! Thanks Kenny and Eagle Locksmith's who has gained a new customer for my home, rentals and businesses!

I called them and they said that the charge is 50$ to unlock my car and when they got to the site they charged me 150$.I will never call this ripoff company again.

I selected Eagle because of its ad - local and family owned, BBB rating and located in my part of the City. Kreg, the technician who responded, was knowledgeable and helpful. He made several suggestions to improve my system and I responded favorably to them. I will call Eagle again when needed and recommend them to others.

called companies with less stars, there price was higher and not able to come over near as quick. Eagle was there in 20 minutes and much cheaper no wonder they are a five star company.

I had 7 locks rekeyed 10/5/2011.Kreg was very good at his job and personable as well.Eagle Locksmith has gained a new customer.My only complaint is the internet ad said I would recieve a 15% discount for rekeying.I did not get this discount.It may be my fault.I told Kreg I got his number from a dex ad but did not ask for the discount.Still overall it was a good experience.

Eagle locksmith technician came and helped me on a Friday night when my key would not turn in my jeep he had it repaired and working within 45 minutes of arriving and took the time to explain to me what went wrong and to top it off he was polite and courteous I would recommend this company to anyone who is in need of a locksmith with a strong sense of customer satisfaction.

I requested a quote over the internet site and got a response back within 5 minutes. 2 weeks later I called to have the job done and they came within 2 hours of calling. Rekeyed 4 locks and provided 2 keys in about 30 minutes at a very reasonable price. They also offered suggestions on better ways to secure my home.

I hired them on the spot and not only did they have my lock issue solved the same day, the locksmith himself drove an extra set of keys over to my primary residence from the rental property. I recently had a lock installed in my condo gate. I called and was given options of locks and prices and made my appointment for 2 days later at a set time. Very professional from start to finish. Same day service. He got the job completed in a short amount of time; we needed someone to get to our house ASAP to help us with our lock. Our business doors needed to be re-keyed ASAP. I reached "Eddie" (Oded) first by phone who greeted me in a friendly and professional manner and offered a detailed quote on the spot for the services we needed. Roy arrived a few hours later, as promised, and was every bit as friendly and professional as he asked questions to insure he provided exactly what we needed. He efficiently rekeyed 3 doors, adjusted a warped door frame, and provided us perfectly matched new keys, doing a better job and for a *much* more reasonable price than a previous locksmith service we had used. I am very impressed and would not hesitate to call on Eagle again or recommend their business to others. Great job!
