I’ve had my fork seals replaced by Bikers Bay and the work has been very professional and fast. I expected to be down 3 days but they got the seals done the same day I took them in. I have extended forks tubes and they figured out the correct amount of fork oil for my after market mod.

I started going to Bikers Bay two years ago to have some work done on my metric cruiser. Starting with a simple oil change and recently I had a new clutch installed. All the work that I have had done at Bikers Bay has been reasonably priced, very professional with courteous employees. They work on metric and American made motorcycles and I recommend it to everyone.

Unlike the dealerships, Bikers Bay Phoenix focuses on customer service and will spend all the time needed to answer questions and resolve your issues. They have stayed after closing to finish work and my bike always leaves the shop polished!

Best service and turn around I have ever had on my bike. I rode up one day to get an oil change and just by listening me ride up the mechanic pointed out an issue on my exhaust which he fixed for me on the spot. After the great service I got here and the help their counter person always gives me when I want to order more chrome I will never go back to a high priced dealership again!

They took care of a problem that the H.D. Dealer couldn't...fast...reasonabley...real winner.

Good guys who know their stuff and tend to work quickly and correctly. Better to go to them than a dealer because they are only trying to sell their service and have the best rates going.
