Wow, an honest shop that keeps its promises.....

Huge thanks to Tom and the whole crew at this shop. On Oct 22, 2013 My wife and I took our Newmar to Bell Road RV for an oil change on both the engine and the generator as well as airing up the tires. I had forgotten to tell them that the Generator had been getting hard to start. They diagnosed the problem with the generator while doing the oil change and kept me informed of everything they found as well as the prices to repair. All the repairs were completed 2 days before they promised it would be and the final bill was $25 less than I expected. I will definitely be back!!

What a Fiasco

I spent 550.00 to have the coach and chasis inspections so I could get everything fixed up for my vacation. Belts were over looked, toilet laeks, refridgerator doesn't work and when they said they fixed the belts they still left one of the old ones on. The RV wouldn't start due to a dragging starter and the guy tells me 240 amps to start an engine is normal. Then they took my waterpump and hot water heater switch out to send it off to be fixed. There went my vacation!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!
