This is the most incompetent company I have ever worked with. I have been trying to get dry ice delivered to 2 sites for almost 3 weeks now and they keep sending it to the site we closed down! After 1-3 phone calls per week for at least 2 weeks they should be able to ship the ice to the correct location! I would not recommend using them as your dry ice vendor.
