Pretty much the same as the other bad reviews. They will take at least twice as long as they quote you. Fortunately there is plenty of other quality powder coating companies out there. They won't be getting any more of my business!!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR STUFF HERE!!!! They will tell you 2 week turn around time B.S. They had my frame for 3 weeks and was until I called them they waited to start on it. Piss Poor Service!!!!!

Folks...read the reviews for this place. The two "positive" reviews are obviously from employees. Read the negative ones...They quoted me 8 - 10 days for my parts. Three weeks, later....they haven't started it. The arrogant idiot at the front counter should be fired, but my guess is he's related to the owner....go figure.DO NOT GIVE THESE GUYS YOUR MONEY...THEY WILL OVER SELL AND UNDER PERFORM. They only way they're going to change is if no one is using them.Patronize another powdercoating company.

I was having my son's bike powder coated. I dropped it off on a Monday morning... 12 days (or 10 business days) before my son had a national race. Rich, at the counter when I walked in was very rude and a horrible salesman. I knew what I wanted done and this guys tried to down sell me. When I asked him how many days it would take to get the bike done. He told me 7-8 business days. Its now Thursday (8 or 9 business days later depending on how you count them) My son's race is tomorrow at 6pm and they are telling me it "SHOULD" be done tomorrow by the close of business. I told Rich this is unaceptable... I need time to put his bike back together and get it ready before he races... He told me they are just starting on it now and the best he can do is have it ready by tomorrow at noon! I am paying a premium (not affordable like their name) to get this bike done and they are not holding up to their part of the deal. Only person there who came across as a good guy was the owner Greg.

I went here to have some older cast parts powder coated. And they stated it might out gas. Well after they did it, it look like crap and they just expected me to take it. I said no and they redid it and it came out as bad or worst. Finally talked to the owner and he said he would try and prebake it to get the impurities out. And the third time it came out fine. After my own reserch I found they should have done this the first time. What upset me is I spend over a 100.00 bucks to get this done and when it looked worst then when it started, they expected me to just deal with it, like they had better stuff to do.
