Youth Service, Inc (YSI) is a non-profit organization that has provided immediate shelter and support services to Philadelphia's children and families for nearly 60 years. We offer unique programs and niche services in locations across the City.Youth Service, Inc operates the only Crisis Nursery Programs in Philadelphia and runs the largest teen shelter in the area for homeless and runaway youth.Through shelter, counseling and in-home support services, Youth Service, Inc reaches 5, 000 children and adults annually, ninety-two percent of whom live below the poverty level.
