Bad customer sevice

A little personal information about me is that I hate taking public transportation or personal drivers.Although i have to live with it. Since there is a septa strike and the economy is whack this was my last resort. So I called them around 9:30 pm asking for a quote to go to school and since I'm getting good grades (straight A's) i asked if they have a good student discount. The representative said " hahahahaha are you kidding me? hahahahaha student discount." Then she hanged up. That was the most polite adult manner I ever seen.

Not your average cab company

When I was in labour I called victory to drive me to the nearby hospital. The dispatcher was very calming, and understanding. They quickly sent their nearest cab to my door. The driver was extremely nice, he helped me into the car and got me to the emergency lobby very quickly. He even waited by my side to make sure everything was ok. I am very greatful that this company exists!

The driver, and customer service

Well, as I am writing this complaint, I have actually be on hold for approx. ten (10 ) minutes. The driver of cab # P 1355 was making a U turn on my block and he pulled half of his car onto my sidewalk. Now it didn't seem to phase the person who took my call,but, she won't be the one who has to pay for the repair. You need to retrain your drivers and your customer care reps. Obviously she really didn't care. Victory will not be the cab service that I call when I need a cab. Regretfully, V. Gorrell 2200 block of S. 67th Street, Phila. PA 12:26 PM

If you want to haggle on fairs, this is your cab company!

This cab company is absolutely horrible! I had an early morning flight, so I placed an order for a pick up time at 5:00 a.m. Instead of the typical red and yellow cabs, a white unmarked car showed up. The car didn't even have the meter in it. Therefore, the driver stated it would be $50 to go to the airport. I immeditaly got out of the cab and told him to leave. But, he continued to haggle with me, lowering the price of the fair so I would go with him. COMPLETELY unprofessional and shady! DO NOT use this company, because you will most likely have a white unmarked un-metered car show up at your door and forced into paying an inflated price, if you go with them.
