You'll never find a more professional, careful, and a man who keeps his word, when he does painting or paper hanging in Philly. I've had Vince do a few jobs to 2 of our 3 homes, I'm now ready for him to do our 3rd one. I've recommended him to all my neighbors, and so far, all are still my good friends.LOL.. His prices are more than reasonable for the excellent job he does. He works on time, and keeps his word. How many contractors can you say that about? He's a true professional and does excellent work!
