I had been going to Sheldon for a few years on and off but never again. He fixed my ring by putting a new crown on it. 2 months later the bridge broke and he's taking no responsibility for it so I had to go to another jeweler to get it fixed. Other jeweler said he should have seen the bridge being too weak for that size crown.

When he made an appraisal for my diamond, I found out that was no good either as it's a legal document and there was nothing legal about this. He didn't even really look at the diamond much but took my word for the size. Again, I got a legal appraisal from another jeweler which looks nothing like what I received at Sheldon Jewelers.

Sheldon is a very nice man normally and I'm sure his jewelery in the showcase is lovely but I will NEVER have anything fixed there again. He doesn't repair it there and doesn't stand behind his work.
