The chips and salsa are delish. And the decor is fun. And it goes downhill from there. The customer service, or the owner to be specific, disappointed us when he: a. harped on his staff in front of customers and b. snickered at me and laughed at me with other staff after I was so "high maintainence" by ordering a veggie entree. C'mon. It's 2010- vegetarian is not new vogue anymore- you should have those veggie burritos with rice and beans (no lard) down pat, as well as veggie enchiladas and a whole lot more. Times may be tough but it's time the staff from the top-down did some inter-personal reflection on how to be more kind to customers.
