I don't normally write reviews but when I saw what was posted about this place I had to give my two cents. I do not know what this other reviewer is talking about because that was not the story when I went here several days ago.



The store is a one room place that sells theatre equipment stuff and theatre make-up which is what I was there for. I had no idea what would be good and the staff was knowledgeable and pointed me towards what he thought would be the best one. The product was brand new. There were two people working there and someone was by the phone so maybe this other woman was just dialing the wrong place?

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE IMBECILES. I placed an order for Ben Nye blushes on May 1st. It is now May 10th and my order has not shipped yet. Apparently the items had to be backordered from Ben Nye, despite the fact that the website gave me EVERY indication that the items were in stock. As of today PTS still does not have the items even though I've been charged for them. I placed another order that got to me in a week (which is good); however, the item (a Ben Nye Eyeshadow palette) is used! The eyeshadows have ALL been swiped with something that was wet-finger or brush idk. I email the Customer Service and they don't respond; I call and nobody picks up the phone..... These retarded idiots completely messed up my first order and then sent me a USED product in my second order and are being very nonchalant about it all. What's next, will they send me fried poop with a third order? Third time's a charm and I don't want it! DO NOT do business with these unprofessional hacks.
