Bad service

I had bought a Dell Inspiron 11 3000 series. Convertible Laptop Tablet from this site and they gave horrible service. They first took so long with bringing up my product, which shouldn't really happen since they were packed with employees. Then, they took a very long time at the check out. I had bought the Anti virus McAfee to be installed and asked them to install it for me which wasn't a good move. Their limit was 4 hours. I bought the laptop at 10:35 and had to wait the whole afternoon without a phone call... I had to call and find out instead... I brought my laptop home after that, and oh look another mistake they made, they forgot to give the charger back... What kind of store forgets the customer and then forgets to give them all their products.
