Terrible service every.The agent are loud and rude, they show no respect for customer. When I call Philadelphia station no one answer, when I call the New York Station and the phone number on the focus bus website, the agent yalled at me for calling the number and even say " f..." to me. My mom and my 6 year old sister waited about 2 hours there is no bus. I didn't want to have 1 star. I wish I can have them negitive score. I would never ride any of there bus again my whole life's!!!!

Terrible service ever, should be avoided if you are concern about your safety!!!



There is safety issue that we really need to be concern of. Today, I took Bus from Manhattan China Town to Philadelphia China Town. The operator suddenly brake the bus, my seat abruptly slide toward the front seat. As I was sitting straight with legs on the floor. My legs got HUGE BUMP from my seat that suddenly slide to the front, and my legs was trapped between the front seat and my seat, were badly injured, slightly better if broken. I noticed the seat which I sat on is one of the few seats that are not fastened on the floor. After bus arrival, I tried to find their manager. The staff there is VERY RUDE, They don't event apologize for their mistakes and negligence, and saying that I am not afraid that you file a lawsuit. I could have taken some pictures of the bus, and the seats. Unfortunately, my cell phone is running out of the battery, so I couldn't do anything at all. Besides, the bus doesn't even provide charging, and the bus is very old and probably with some other safety issues.



By the way, why I took this bus? Only because they ADVERTISED that THEY HAVE BUS to Philadelphia every hour, but they are rarely on time.



After seeing so many bad reviews from other websites, I decide to reveal this TERRIBLE Service! I am not sure how they would treat other passengers if they are in my situation. Apparently, I am Chinese, so CHINESE BUS Company usually treat Chinese passengers like me with disrespect and disdain.

Service is terrible, they barely speak English all they do is yell and the waiting area stinks horribly with flies just floating around like its a dump space and they are very rude. The buses are filthy also.

Worst service ever. The ticket agents are loud, rude, & show total disregard for customer satisfaction. They need some serious competition in the Philadelphia area to kick them out of business.

We boarded the bus and waited for another 30 minutes for the driver to arrive. Mind you, they collected money from us before they said the driver hadn't come from his house yet.

By the way, why is the state of Pennsylvania not regulating this bus company?
