Mohammad Al-Bataineh , MD, FACC, FHRS. Dr. Al-Bataineh is a highly trained physician with a large experience in cardiology and cardiac electrophysiology. Dr. Al-Bataineh served as an Assistant Professor and director of Cardiac Electrophysiology at the Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans 2003-2005, Assistant Professor and Director of Cardiac Electrophysiology fellowship program at Drexel University and Hahnemann University Hospital 2005-2009, Director of Cardiac Electrophysiology at Mercy Health System/Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital 2009-2014. Dr. Al-Bataineh is a member of prestegeous medical societies and organizations. He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology and he is also a Fellow of the Heart Rhythm Society. He is board certified by the American Board of Medicine in Cardiology, Cardiac Electrophysiology and Internal Medicine. Dr. Al-Bataineh main interest is to provide excellent patient care according to most uptodate medical information and accepted guidelines. In addition to general and non-invasive cardiology, Dr. Albataineh is especially trained and commends a vast experience in the managent of heart rhythm problems. His expertise extends to: 1- Atrial fibrillation management including ablation therapy. 2- Electrophysiology evaluation for cardiac rhythm problems 3- Ablation therapy for cardiac arrhythmias including supraventricular tachycardia, ventricular tachycardia and atrial fibrillation. 4- Cardiac pacemakers and implantable defibrillators impalnation, follow-up and remote monitoring 5- Implantable loop monitors implantaion and follow-up 6- Management of implantable cardiac device complications and lead extraction.
