Failed to stop at stop,sign ran over my dog and just kept going, came back 1/2 block away but backed up after seeing a crowd animal lover or not you need to be human, called the company to no avail gave me the runaround never asked if my dog was ok no remorse cold sounded like I was on an outsource automated line but was not bunch what a bunch of A**holes..

The worst school bus ever! Always late, never come on time ! Sometimes there' s no bus show up at all, wait for almost one hour and have to walk my kids to school in this freezing morning! Call at the office , but just machine answer,.... It's very terrible!

So disgusted with this bus company! My son was dropped off 45 min after school yesterday and was 25 min late today. And to top it off, the driver was on her cell phone the entire ride yesterday!! Of course I can't seem to get anyone on the phone to complain about this either!

Do not use this company if you need a taxi. I've tried them a couple of times, and they have never given quality service. The first time I called them, the operator was dismissive, but said she would send someone shortly. Nobody even showed up. I tried them again today, giving them the benefit of the doubt. Fifteen minutes later and still no taxi. I had to leave and just try and find a cab, because I was now late. Finally, half an hour after I had originally called, I get a call that the taxi is outside my house. I informed the driver that I had already left, because it took him so long to show up. He yelled at me and told me that I should have called and told them that he was no longer needed and then hung up on me. Maybe they give better service if you call way in advance, but don't use this company unless you have a lot of time to kill or don't mind being yelled at for the company's own lack of quality service.

When i called for some info the man on the phone was very rude and unprofessional. I dont even want to give this company a star but they make you pick one. i wish they gave the option to give this cab company 0 stars
