They are price competitive and have a huge selection. The folks behind the counter are always professional if a little rushed at times, especially in the summer. They are as helpful as they can be

I got two cars from them. Had the best prices around, was kinda skeptical but had my friend look at the cars and they were in great condition

we got a 2011 acura TSX at north shore auto mall last week with low mileage and the technology package. our experience with alex was excellent. he called us to schedule an appointment and the car was clean when we showed up. we test drove 2 different ones before deciding on which one to buy and then alex helped us acquire financing for the vehicle. they were able to meet our budget for a monthly payment and even took care of all the registry stuff for us. we picked up the car the following day. i would definitely recommend this dealership and alex to anyone that i know.

I received excellent service and the young men (Jake and Taylor) who came to do the installation were super courteous and professional. I 100% recommend Best Buy and will certainly use them again!!

I recently purchased a 2004 Burgandy Cadillac Deville from them. I read the reviews below and they could NOT BE ANY MORE FALSE!!! Brad, The owner of Best Buy is a sweet and caring gentleman and wasnt worried about the sale OR money! He was more worried about my needs and they type of vehicle I was looking to purchase!



And as for Brad's staff, They were ALL VERY helpful and also very very friendly! I would recommend this car dealership to EVERYONE I know whom are looking to purchase a reliable vehicle.



AND YES, I DID get a warranty, YES, I did get the tags and ALL of the information ON THE SPOT!



I REALLY have NO IDEA what these other NUTS are talking about when they say deceptive, dishonest, and rude!! I DID not see ANY of this when I was there to make my purchase!

Red flag never buy a use car from Best Buy Auto with out a carfax report. They are rip off artis, I bought a 96 grad prix it ran good and everything.8 days later the engine blew up under the good with all this white smoke. So I called right away to tell that the car blew up. They say bring it in how, I can't drive it. They said that they will get the car never did. 6 days later car still there with the warranty running out in two days so it all can be on me I'm suing for my money back. Dirty broke down dealership."they suck".....

I INVESTIGATED THE NEGATIVE COMMENTS AND THEY ARE NOT TRUE - THE WOULD NOT STILL BE IN BUSINESS IF THEY WERE TRUE. I THINK THOSE PEOPLE NEED TO FIND SOMETHING BETTER TO DO WITH THEIR TIME. I BOUGHT A 2007 NISSAN ALTIMA AND IT RIDES LIKE NEW. I HAD ONE PROBLEM AND THERE WAS NOT ONE ARGUMENT WHEN IT CAME TIME FOR THE REPAIR.

I purchased a 2 year old lincoln from them in June of last year with 48,000 on the odometer. After running a carfax i found out that the car was used for a limo service and had around 235,000. I contacted the attorney general and got most of my money back. The bottom line is there are reputable dealers out there. stay away from best buy in town !!!!
