I am a bride looking for the perfect wedding dress for my June wedding. I went in this store yesterday morning with my mom and sister in hopes of finding something I liked. The girl asked me when my wedding was, what I was looking for and my budget. When I told her I wasn't sure on the last two, that was it. She pointed to the wedding dresses and walked off. There were multiple employees in the store and only one other customer. They were all catering to her. I will never set foot in the Philadelphia store again. I will say the meridian store was very helpful and friendly, they just don't have as many dresses there.

NO NO NO NO... I have supported this company with many purchases but now my youngest daughter had a zipper malfunction (faulty zipper breaks) while she is on the dance floor at her senior prom. When i contact Faulkenbery's bridal about it... they tell me they will not do anything to make it good. NOTHING... Instead they accuse our seamstress for the faulty zipper. They said even that I could have used their seamstress but when I mentioned having it altered b/c of length and making it a little bit smaller(it was too big) in the bodice they informed me that their seamstress was not going to have time and recommended i use my own seamstress who actually used to be theirs. When I remind her of this information she then says well yea but before the prom "he" finished and "could have" done this one. Were we suppose to wait just in case "he" got finished and could alter this dress? At the last minute? Were we even suppose to predict that "he" would be available at the last minute? I dont think so. We went with this business owners recommendation of seeking our seamstress who is very professional. No matter how good a seamstress is... they can not make a faulty zipper good. I realize that they cannot give her back her prom night but they could have offered something to make it up to her.... afterall... she is young and will marry eventually in her young life (i hope). But no... the bottom line is that they got the money for the dress and could care less about the hour our daughter spent in the restroom crying over a messed up dress... RECOMMEND THIS FORMAL WEAR BUSINESS... NO NO NO NO

Find somewhere else. My little sister bought her prom dress here for $300. She was in love with this dress until the night of the prom. While she was dancing the zipper broke. Faulkenbery's had no problem tagging themselves in pictures my sister had on Facebook wearing the dress, but when we took it back all they wanted to do was play the blame game and say it was our fault and our tailors fault. The tailor they recommended since their person did not have time to alter the dress. My family has been loyal customers to this place for a long time, but now we will NEVER shop at Faulkenbery's.
