Our skilled CNC programmers ( each with at least 15 years experience ) maximize efficiency by nesting parts on a sheet of material using standardized turret setups on the punches and designating certain materials for each laser. Minimal setup time allows us to cut a variety of materials consecutively without increased cost. Our emphasis on short-run prototype jobs allows us to be flexible for small rush jobs, often achieving same day delivery. Our extensive equipment and operating hours allows us to handle long-run, long term projects.
