Not very happy with this store as of today. When I first went in there everyone was nice, so I came back. I heard the barbeque was good, so I ordered one, it was very good so I came back for the barbeque. Last night on my way to work I got two barbeques, shortly after I got to work I started to eat one, I opened up my sandwich to put the meat back in that had fell out, and saw what appeared to be a black bean, not sure of what it was I did not eat the rest of my barbeque or the 2nd one I had bought. Today I went back in this store showed both the young lady behind the desk my food & asked her if they prepared the barbeque a special way & showed her what I found, she asked if it was hard and I told her a little bit, she then called the other girl who worked there over to look at it and she said she did not know anything about it. & walked away. I politely got me a soda paid for it asked for my receipt in hopes there was a corporate number on it, it wasn't. I called the number that was in the window, but it was directly to the store, the young lady I spoke to answered, I asked for a corp number she said she did not have one and I could come back at 7am and speak to the manager. No apologies, no empathy statement ,no offer to give me a barbeque to replace the two I bought, no offer of a refund, Geesh they could have said the barbeque we have today is new would you like 2 more sandwiches, nothing but silence. If there was a way to post a pic on here I would. I guess tomorrow I will get up at 7am to see the manager, I searched for this store on Facebook but could not find it. Sincerely not feeling the customer service.
