It was a horrible experience with Petersburg office. They sent us an aid who was falling asleep in our house regularly and when confronted she was defensive and rude. The staff coordinators don't fire them because they pay them 8$/HR and do not have enough staffing who will work for a minimum wage. Aids know that they won't be fired and continue awful behavior. Most aids do not have a reliable car, and don't show up when the car is broken. One aid asked me money for gas. Most aids don't have a cell phone and staffing coordinator kept calling my cell phone to reach the aid. They do not provide replacement immediately. So I had to miss a lot of work. If you complain a lot, they will just drop your case instead of working on the issue.
