My two experiences were... VERY poor professionalism, VERY bad services and extreme incompetence. My advice ...save yourself a huge headache and alot of money. Just seek service elsewhere. You will be glad you did!

The folks at Breakaway Bike & Fitness Shop (BBS) in Peru, IN really do go the extra mile in customer service. It's a nice store with a comprehensive inventory of bicycles and accessories. I've visited several times and it's always a positive experience. It's over an hour drive for me and it's worth the trip! I'm very glad I purchased my bike from BBS and I highly recommend stopping by!

Very disappointing. As the only high end bike shop in Peru, I hoped for much more. Customer service is terrible, very surprising for a small town with a limited clientele. Do your self a favor and head to another town to get your bike repairs and gear.

This is a fabulous place for all your biking/health fitness needs. Zach, Shannon and their staff are always eager to help. It's probably Peru's best gem.

An A+ bike shop. One of the last few places that knows what true customer service is.
