EmailStar Union Spirits, in Peru, IL, is a premier distillery serving Peru, Peoria, Bloomington, La Salle, Chicago, Joliet and surrounding areas since 2018. We specialize in producing handcrafted artisan spirits using non-GMO Midwestern grains and seasonally-available grapes from California and South America. Our facility is a great location for weddings, birthdays, engagements and parties and we also offer distribution to restaurants, bars and retailers. Retail bottle sales from our Tasting Room are available Monday through Friday between 11am-4pm and our Tasting Room is open for delicious craft cocktails Friday 5pm-9pm, Saturday 1pm-9pm and Sunday 3pm-7pm.
