I worked for James Hardie for twenty three years. I worked at two different plants. If you want to really provide for your family and have a chance to better yourself James Hardie give you that chance. The pay is good . The insurance is one of the best. The work can be hard and dirty. You will have some who think they are owed something. But your are not. All you have to do is show up for work when you are supposed to and do your job. Learn everything thing you can. You will move up. The company will pay for classes. I was made a maintenance lead my second year. I retired as the maintenance lead on nights. You will get whatever you put into the job. I mor than doubled my pay. Just remember James Hardie isn't perfect! But neither are you. If you want to learn and grow. James Hardie is the place.

Waits of 10-28 hrs are not uncommon for loads. You will lose money trucking from their Peru plant. Disorganized and incompetent. They can take 2 hrs to put 10 bundles on a truck.
