THE WORST PET GROOMING SERVICE EVER!!!!!!! Gregg came to groom my little bichon/yorkie but ended up butchering her. She looked like doberman pinscher when he was finished. I don't reccomed anyone to use this guy and when I tried to contact him to let him know that I was very displeased he just ignored me he promised to give a partial refund in which I thought was fair but he lied I never received a refund and poor Lilly is still awaiting her fur to grow back....total ripoff
